"The rating may be tough, but hear me out. Upon arrival, I realized that the Hotel's name was different in the façade of the building compared to the reservation info. that was the first piece of confusion. Once checked in the room was nice and to the naked eye it was clean. I realized though that once I jumped in the shower there was hair on the wall, I'm guessing from the previous guest.
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided, as well as a bar soap for the sink to wash your hands. Other than that not much else, toiletries wise, no shower cap, or anything else. We had a Graduation to attend to and didn't have an iron or board to use. Thankfully we were able to make do with steam from the shower.
Part of the reason I booked the hotel, aside from pricing and location, was the amenities had pool/tub and a gym, which I would have used if it were open. but it was all closed. I did let the reception that the power outlets on my side of the bed were not working and all they did was apologize, so all in all, it has a great chance to be a gem of a place to stay, but too many little issues affected the overall experience."
"This hotel was convenient and the space was adequate for us. They are in the process of renovating the rooms as they are somewhat tired looking,, but they are clean for the most part. We were booked in the tower room and when we got there they had us on the main floor. We requested the tower room as was indicated in our booking with expedia. My husband had to arm wrestle them to get the additional $12 per night off of the booking when they recognized that the main floor was not what we booked. All good. The restaurant on site was a great addition and the pool and hot tub are great amenities."
"The rooms were new and clean, nicely designed with walk in shower. Breakfast was on the 5th floor with a view, the breakfast had everything you would want."
