"Drove 8 hours and they did not honor our reservation. Suggested I take a single queen bed room and share it with my 17 year old daughter. I declined and requested my deposit be returned (which still has not happened!) Pictures online DO NOT MATCH room decor or appearance. Lobby bathroom was overrun with dirty tissues and a nasty toilet. I cannot make this up. My daughter refused to use the bathroom. "We rented a stay with CozySuites through Expedia from Oct. 3-5. We did not receive the code for the room ahead of check-in from CozySuites as promised. Upon arrival, we had to call to attempt to fetch the code ourselves. We spent over an hour on the phone, most of the time on hold, while they shared code after code as not one of the four codes worked.
