Sheet, pillow, and blanket are all smelly and dirty. The sofa bed had several spot and a very big yellow stain (looks like urine!) Talk to the staff and they said they don't have another one to replace. The bathtub corner has mold on it. Carpet is very dirty. The shower gel bottle is empty and staff said the vendor no longer provide show gel!!! Everything sucks. But the breakfast seems not bad. This hotel is NOT clean.

Generally an OK place to stay. Our room was not as clean as one would hope for…many surfaces dusty; a bit of random hair in the bathroom; carpet in the room and halls could use some cleaning. The mattress was quite soft but not in a good way; we tended to roll towards the middle through the night. The property “rules” they provide upon arrival seem to be observed and it was generally pretty quiet after 10pm. Cannot understand why people can’t close doors quietly rather than letting them slam shut, no matter what time of day, but especially at night. Also, happily, the hotel is located in an area that is not affected by any highway noise. A very good breakfast buffet but the staff had a hard time keeping up with the demand for food, plates, silverware, and coffee. At its busiest, seating was at a premium with some diners having to stand around a high-top counter to eat. Pricing was decent, especially because on-site parking is included (unlike many hotels nearer to the Cleveland city center) and many points of interest are a fairly short drive away.

This was our second stay and everything was wonderful as was the first time. Rooms are clean and well stocked for a small meal, very roomy and the staff goes above and beyond. Dinner and breakfast was very good with plenty of choices!

The room was spacious, but it had an odor that left me feeling dirty. Every time we left the room, it smelled when we returned. There was an electric air cleaner turned on in the room when we first entered the room. The hotel knew they had a humidity problem but hadn’t addressed the problem. The air conditioning was very noisy. The staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I would not stay at that hotel again.

Room had dirty wash cloth hanging in shower, no tissue in box, no extra toilet paper. Ice machine didn’t work in freezer. Internet was slow. Location was Great staff were great at well. However when I rented the room on Expedia it said it had whirlpool tub/spa suite and it did not have a whirlpool tub!

Note this review is after a nights stay on the " Contractors" side-Wing of the hotel and now moved to the opposite side-wing. Rm.
