However, when I talked to the person at the front desk (Chelsea), she changed my room without hesitation and provided a better option that suited me. Chelsea was absolutely so professional and friendly. She truly made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again. "We were very impressed with our stay! Clean and SUPER comfortable bed. I think the thing I was most impressed with was the sound machine that had tons of sounds and a dim light around the bottom. Most hotels we stay at, we completely forget about having any kind of noise to sleep with and this was so great! If you want breakfast you have to pay at the restaurant or buy vouchers ahead of time. Each voucher is good for up to $22.50. Any leftover goes towards a tip. Everything looked clean and up to par and the valet service was exceptional! Check in was a breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again at some point."
