No TV, staff won’t help, never fixed or alternative provided, requested reasonable 10-15% refund no response or reply. Grubby, level of cleanliness is poor, wash basin, drawers, stairs into property etc. Toilet cistern runs continuously making noise. Very noisy at night, constant repeated door slamming from pub attached, quiet in the morning. If you can stand the above then okay for the price …"
