The staff was amazing (Oliver, et al) but the hotel is old and a bit rundown. We never got a room cleaning either. Great location and price! Easy parking too. I hate leaving a poor review, the staff worked hard to make us happy.

Most of the evaluators were out of service and the hallways had a stale smell. Other than that it was fine. Rooms where clean and in good shape bed was fine (little hard for me , but ok) super convenient to my business event. Staff was very nice.

I picked the Crown because it’s close to CLE airport and have a shuttle. The building is big and nice. I only stayed one night. I had the ground level next to the front parking lot where the shuttle pickup. That said I couldn’t open the curtain and early morning I was woken up by patrons talking while waiting for the shuttle. I can also hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that I would have given the hotel a 5 star. My room looks like it’s been renovated and designed classically well. The bathroom has not been renovated for a while

This is a great option for an early or late flight. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, versus some hotels only runs every hour. Also, there is a restaurant/bar on property. Rooms are spacious and staff was extremely friendly.
