Received check in instructions the day before and asked about possible early check in…twice. Day of arrival received check in instructions once again, and again asked about early check in. No response again. We showed up early as I expected and was met by the owner saying that check in was not until 4:00. I told him I had contacted 3 times asking about early check in. He then checked and saw my messages. We were asked to leave until the official check in time which we did. I understand we did in fact show up quite early, but if I had a response earlier, I would have made other arrangements. The property itself is nice, but the neighborhood itself is a bit sketchy!
