"We had to wait 2 hours after check in time to get into our hotel. The room was not clean. I found pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. The floors were not swept at all and the bed sheets looked dirty. Absolutely disgusting! This was the worst stay we’ve had by far at this hotel."
