The rooms were great. I had a ocean view. Part of the restaurant there blocked a small amount of the view. I didn't mind it . And I was aware of this when booking. Great place

The room was clean and close to the boardwalk and a short distance to town. Great view of the boardwalk and ocean (although it was cloudy and foggy yesterday morning).
