"When I say I enjoyed myself I really did the staff was very friendly and welcome they assisted me with my questions and need from the fantastic rooms hot tube to the pool activities and much more I can’t wait for my next vacation real soon "

"Paid for a Suite (like $40 more than a regular room) and there really wasn't much to it (maybe to be expected?). Room was fine, but nothing "extra". Also the desk/TV setup was really weird. Desk randomly in middle of room with TV attached and facing desk/ bathroom. Adjustable, but not enough to properly face either the bed or the couch - had to pull the entire desk onto a slant and block the path (for my wife) to the bed just to be able to see."

"I reserved a room here from Expedia. However, I was still charged for the room upon arriving. Neither the hotel or Expedia was able to sort this out for me, so I paid twice for this stay. I would have stayed somewhere else for this price to be doubled what it was."

"If you are handicap, be aware that the accessible rooms are falsely portrayed on the website. There is no shower seat, just a very dangerous high sided tub. Desk clerk was super sweet, but had no explanation as to why there was no seat as listed and in photographs"
