Perfect comfortable room with all amenities, 10 min walk from bars and restaurants , wide range at breakfast time , parking is very tight but also very secure , will def stay here again if in the area with work

It gives American Horror Story and Lady Gaga vibes in the best possible way. Loved all of it and they were super friendly to my one massive dog and tiny j*rk of a Pomeranian too!

Very kind and professional staff. Very clean. Well located. Breakfast at good level. The only difficulty has been to park my car. Internal parking signalisation could be improved as well as the depositit area in front of the lobby. Very good hotel overall.

Easy parking during my stopover in Clermont-Ferrand. I didn't see many staff but they came to my room to help with TV. Breakfat was good.

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel. Rooms were fine, nice breakfast... but it looks like I came back with a few bed bug bites... I knew it was common in France and I did a quick search on the mattress but didn't see anything... They must have been hiding somewhere else as I got about 10 bites...
