"The apartment was well equipped and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The only options left when I booked were court yard view not river view. The courtyard is a little dilapidated as a view but this did not affect my stay. Although there is no reception the communications from the management was very helpful. They provide short video clips that help with the orientation when I first arrived."

"This hotel is very clean and modern. The convenience of being a 5 minute walk from the train station makes it a perfect location, especially when taking the train to/from the airport. Also there is a big supermarket only a 2 minute walk away. Would stay here again."

"This is a corner of “Paradise” in a big town. Aside from Transylvania or the mountains in Romania, Caro Hotel makes you feel surrounded by nature, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay. I warmly recommend it to everyone to try. In addition to the nature, you will have access to facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool. You can enjoy the best cappuccino in the world in the reception area! "

The staff there is exceptional and goes way above and beyond their job duties to make sure the guests have a very enjoyable stay free of stress and problems. They made me feel like a close friend for whom they have known for many years! "We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!"
