"Beds ok, pillows not so good - would be good to offer a choice like other hotels. Decor looked tired especially in toilet area. Great location and Reception staff welcoming. The Soap Factory restaurant was buzzy and had a bottomless brunch offer which seemed popular although we didn’t partake. We didn’t eat in the hotel as thought breakfast was pricey. Room rate offer was good value."

"Staff were lovely, especially bar and spa staff. Had issues with shower not draining, overflowed.Reported twice and was assured maintenance would be informed. Nothing done. Had to use showers at the spa. The staff there were very good. The room was lovely, but bit stingy on the teamaking items. The corridor carpets were very sickly looking"
