"This hotel lived up to the expectations that show in the photos. Aside from that, the staff was amazing in that they were super friendly and helpful, especially Toni at the reception desk! She made us feel very at home. The pool is immaculate and the beach is nice but be sure to bring water shoes to enjoy the beach because the seashells are pretty but they are a little rough on the bare feet! We will be back to enjoy again! "

"First time staying there for 7 days. In the middle of everything to do. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our needs. I've read some of the complaints about sand in the elevator rugs.... It's a Beach !!! The key cards took alittle to get used to and would deactivate around cellphones or other electrical devices. Once you know to keep them separate, they work just fine. Our view was great being on the 9th floor. We were even right under Jimmy's Crows Nest and with the loud music, it wasn't much of a bother, but that could be just us tho. We will be returning in the near future."

"Fairfield Inn was great, the staff was fantastic, the shuttle service from the parking garage were the best I’ve ever encountered. From the new supervisor Nathan, to Grayson, Alex with shuttling us all over wishing a half mile of the Inn was a game changer from 9am-11pm 7days a week. Yes it was 35 dollar a day to valet park in a covered garage but you also got free breakfast unlimited from 7-930am and a good breakfast eggs, sausage waffles etc. "

"Excellent resort "

"This hotel was great. The pool is just a few steps away from the hotel and the beach is right outside the pool gate. No long treks across the sand or boardwalk lugging coolers and wagons. Perfect. Beach chairs were easy to reserve from the beach attendant, and there were only 3 rows of chairs. Every chair had a nice view. My kids loved all the fish they could see underwater by the rocks. There were only soft waves, and lots of shells to find. The hotel beach-front cafe offered service to your beach chair as well. We received free breakfast tickets for both kids for every morning of our stay from the actual restaurant- not a Continental breakfast. There is a great coffee and ice cream place right across the road, as well as a small grocery. There is also a Surf Style swim shop in case you forgot any beach things and a great miniature golf course right across the road, too. The Jolly Trolley is free for Winter’s Beach Club guests and there is a stop right outside the hotel. We used the trolley daily and it was so convenient - plus you can track the trolley with an app so you know how long to expect to wait. We also bought Clearwater aquarium tickets at the front desk and got a discount. The aquarium is amazing. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again! "

"Very friendly and helpful"

"Everything was great. Location is awesome. Rooms are OK (a little stinky!). Property is wonderful. However, part of the building collapsed (almost right on us) near the pool entrance. The only other issue we had is that of all the locations in this expansive resort, they do not let you sit on, or provide any tables to sit and eat at unless you are paying at their restaurant. If you stay for multiple days, there will be times you want to eat outside food. We tried sitting at a beach table, and got kicked out. The server told us to go eat it on the couch in the lobby. (which we did) It would be my opinion that having guests sitting in the lobby eating is not only messy, but doesn't look great for guests entering. They would be better off providing seating anywhere on the property to sit, eat and enjoy the beach. There is enough space! "
