"We spent hours looking for the perfect hotel for my children’s first Florida vacation. It had to be something special and this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Everything was streamlined, cleaned, and stress free. The views were incredible as well and I am so glad that we trusted this space. We made some lifelong memories here! "

"Room was NOT serviced on Saturday asked for service they gave is shampoo and made the bed The restroom was not cleaned and no fresh towels. Floor was not clean. Picked up two containers of trash on the beach! Staff was approachable! Beach view 7/10"

"No real beach view, Beach across a main road. No pool for 3 days (was drained)no bike rentals, as bikes prohibited. on wide pathways etc.No Arcades for kids. THIS AREA NOW FOR ADULTS, PLENTY OF BARS. Kids gets bored. beach is nice clean. staff was nice. but should have given refunds for no pool. etc. old hotel. room was okay clean. we have visited STPetersburg and Clearwater beach 5 years ago. more amenities for kids and teens and we could ride bikes around. now its justfor adults or teens who want to lay on the beach and by the pool if there is one."

"Great hotel option. Close to everything, but far enough removed that wasn’t in the fray. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Staff was excellent. So friendly and attentive. Answered all my questions with a smile and super helpful. Loved the breakfast and the view of the beach and the bay. "

"We had a suite at the Charthouse that was lovely. Loved the room and the patio. Clean, comfortable beds. Convenient location."

"If you want to be right in the middle of the CWB action, this hotel is for you. This is a no frills hotel. There is a pool and pool deck and is a great place to get some sun and let the kids swim. Everything is within walking distance. "

"Loved the hotel. Perfect view, great pools, and wonderful restaurants. The hotel room was serviced every day and had a turn down service at night. They brought chocolates to you and had snacks/cookies on each floor. It was sold out when we went so you need to get to the pool early to get a chair. They need more servers at the pool and to refill the water stations throughout the day. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It has 2 balconies. Beds were comfortable. We will be back!"
