"Internet TV not working, reported to front desk and requested repair, we were informed that it could well be caused by internet bandwidth due to packed guests during Memorial Holiday. They will request technician to come over to repair but technician never showed up. We were very disappointed about it. Other than that, we were happy staying at the resort during the holiday weekend."

"Generally pleased with the stay. My challenges are surrounding the value. For the price I’m not entirely sold on returning. Arrived to our canvas tent which was really clean and great appointments. However our tent was supposed to come with linens and beds made. By the time I realized this, on our second day, I let the front desk know. They kindly dropped off a bag of sheets and duvet covers as well as pillow cases. Call me bougie but for what we paid per night, I guess I was expected to make our beds? Rather than show up with beds made? Kind of ridiculous. At check out, I mentioned this and the front desk said they would let me know if we would be extended a credit for our next visit after she had a chance to talk with her manager. We will see what happens! Half the staff were very friendly. Others were not hospitable. Good is well priced, activities for kids were lacking. Overall we had fun but it’s about the little things that really get people to return for the price point."

"If you're seeking a quiet and peaceful lakefront getaway, you might be disappointed. Lots of road noise and we wound up leaving a day early because the folks in the room above us keep us awake walking around and playing their TV loudly late at night. The hotel didn't even mention the possibility of refund when we checked out a day early. Pool facilities are nice but the lake itself was Kermit the frog green. Overall a big disappointment."

"My family stayed in a lake front room and I’m so glad we did. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and being able to fish off the dock was convenient for our kids. I would recommend getting bug zappers around the complex because the swarms were terrible at night. I wanted to hang outside more but it was overwhelming. The chairs and tables on the back patio were also filled with dead bugs and should be sprayed down/wiped often. The room was a good size, beds need replacing, and room lighting needs to be updated. Staff was “OK”, I went into the front office one day and want even greeted or acknowledged, waited a few minutes and walked out. I also tried to ask room service for towels and there was definitely a language barrier since housekeeping didn't speak english but she was super nice. I like the fact that theres tether ball and horseshoes but I the grass is a land mine and filled with goose poop so the kids had to play with shoes on in the grass. While playing horseshoe, I step in dog/cat poop that was either in the sand or next to the box, but that was my last straw. Overall the family had a good time and its convenient location makes it ideal. "
