"We liked the room and the breakfast was actually really good -- having stayed in fairly similar grade hotels all week, I can say the breakfast was above average. "
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and quiet, overall the room/whole hotel was great! The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good (eg. eggs, sausages and waffle maker). It’s also very close to many stores, the mall and various restaurants. "
"I am familiar with the area, I went to this location because I know people who live nearby. The long and steep driveway might be odd for newcomers, but access is still easy. There was plenty of parking. Clean and roomy lobby. The dining/breakfast area is down some stairs, but there was ramp access off one side. Elevator was roomy, doorways wide, beds comfortable. The only thing that was weird was when I booked the room, the listing said it slept 5. Only 2 double beds, with a bench and a chair - no couch that pulled out. So, only slept 4. We were a group of 4, so that didn't matter for our stay. We were able to log in to our streaming services and watch some of our favorite things while we were there. Convenient to WalMart and other shopping, dining, and will stay here again when we come back to visit."
"Our room was dated but clean. The beds were very comfortable as we had a very good night's sleep. Surprisingly quiet even though you're close to a road. There are plenty of eating places and shopping nearby. It's a very good price to pay when you're not spending a lot of time in a hotel. We will stay here again."
"Good stay but it was a let down
Room was nice grounds was pet friendly 30 dollar fee very reasonable breakfast was great the woman who took care of the food area was very nice and kept everything clean stocked and organized…..
But I’m very let down over the hot tub being out of order and that making the pool too cold to swim indoors I understand things happen but I called ahead to make sure the pool was open my niece has autism and picked this hotel just for this reason she loves to swim and made my time there difficult "
"The indoor pool and spa were the two reasons we chose this hotel for my wife’s birthday. We were notified the night before our stay that the pool was out of service for the weekend we were staying. That was ok because the spa was still something for my wife to look forward to. We called in advance for spa day passes and were told that we have buy them on site after checking in and wouldn’t be a problem . At check in we were told the spa just closed but we could buy them in the morning without an issue. So the next morning we went to get day passes from the spa and were told they had nothing available at all. When we spoke to a manager at the front desk "
