"Everything was very smooth from checking in to the needs met. However at one point it took a front desk personnel awhile to attend the desk when myself and another guest were in need, no one answered or was available for quite sometime. Breakfast was great however the waffle maker should include a timer as waffles are burnt and not coming exactly out the way it should. Most hotels have this. Please upgrade. As a couple of guests felt the same."
