"Loved the suites. Staff at front desk was hit or miss. Some were very friendly and some were not. The bar staff was great and super friendly. "

"Indoor pool and kiddie pool were clean and a good temp, hot tub was out of order. Kids enjoyed themselves after a day of travel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was not in the best condition however. Did enjoy having a courtyard facing room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was free and was a buffet in the restaurant. Restaurant was also open for dining and orders from 5-9p."

"Customer service is extremely important to me and proper communication. I personally feel all these hotels in there area could take some classes on both. Communication and customer service . The free breakfast is a nice jester but very boring and bland . The biscuits and gravy were terrible! But for what it was we managed and possible would come back if had to . "

"The bed was extremely comfortable. It is a great stop location. We were on our way to Florida from Chicago and needed a half way point to rest, this location definitely gave us the perfect quick stop rest and go."

"I’ve never written a review. Air conditioner was affective. The room itself was disgusting and had mold. They don’t clear the floors or the bathroom because there was dirt and dust on the bathroom fan and behind the toilet. Also the toilet lid was taped and barely worked. Fortunately there was any bugs from what we saw and we did a thorough inspection. Unfortunately I’m surprised there wasn’t any bugs because all the reviews say other wise. "
