"Pool and hot tub is closed."

"Both my husband and I made a reservation to stay at this location for a total of 9 days. Upon arriving we were not greeted by staff due to a failure with the room card key system being down and malfunctioning. Each time we left the room we had to ring the staff on the front desk phone and wait for them to radio someone to meet us at our room to let us into our room. The room was not a bad room however the last guests that occupied this room had a fun filled event as remnants of dried rose petals riddled the floor and candle wax was left on the night stand, Shelfs and dresser top under the t.v. We also had red balloons behind the recliner chair. Overall we as well as many other guests were completely disappointed with the wait times that it took for us to gain entry into our rooms each day. "

"At check in i was tolf the pool was in order. It was 1030pm, i then said before we continue heck in are you sure that your pool will be open first thing in the morning. Like 6am. The night lady answered yes, but i could still refund you and you could go somewhere else. I asked a 3rd time are you sure the pool would be open. She assured me that someone was going to be there by 6 am to fix the pools. I had told them we had made the 5 hour dribe for my sons surgery the next day, and we booked this hotel due to the pool and hot, which both were not working.. again i was assured they would be. The next morning the pool and hot tub were nor working. The desk staff stephanie was helpful. But not much she canàß"

"The staff was so kind/accomodating & the room was perfect!! "

"Nice hotel, clean beds. What didn’t like is no one cleans the room until you check out. No clean towels, no vacuuming and kids run up and down the halls. The hotel needed an update and a few repairs but it wasn’t bad for a short stay."
