"I had a wonderful experience at the Cordis Auckland. From the moment I stepped through the door I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone was professional and efficient. I had arrived early and expected to wait for 3pm check-in, but the reception staff surprised me by saying my room was ready so I could commence my stay right away and enjoy the hotel facilities. I appreciated this bonus which allowed me time to swim in the rooftop pool and enjoy the hot spa. My Superior room had lovely decor and a very comfortable bed. I slept like a dream. I enjoyed the sunny city view. The bathroom is older-style with a shower over the bath, but perfectly clean. The hotel location was perfect for my walk to the Domain. Overall a very memorable stay. This may be a new favourite, I will return."

"Airport pick up and drop off was great, both drivers were lovely and accomodating, a very easy process. Staff at the hotel were helpful, was able to have a parcel delivered the day before my arrival. Road works were taking place the night of my stay, the hotel staff had already taken this into account before I checked in and moved my room away from the roadworks. The room was clean and spacious!"
