"Location was pretty decent. Only 30 minutes from Baxter park. Bathroom ceiling looked like it was falling apart. When you showered it smelled of mildew. Looked like they were working on some units there was a random toilet on the balcony and it looked like it could use a good sweep. Very outdated! ..."
