"The room was a good size and centrally located. The front desk staff were not rude, but not pleasant. I had some basic questions about check-in, and they were not helpful. Also had an issue with them charging an additional deposit of hundreds and hundreds of dollars, and they basically told me I was imagining things, even though it clearly shows up on my credit card statement. Even after checkout, the two charges are still out there and not finalized and do not match with what was agreed upon when I made the reservation. There were also a ton of issues with the elevators and so it took a long time to both get on from the lobby and go down to the lobby throughout my stay."
