"Great Hotel, has had some great updated including the heated pool, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Very clean, conveniently located accomodation in Nelson Bay - particularly well set up for families with the pool and games area."

"The room was very well set up with microwave and fridges, and cutlery, crockery for 3. Also a small table with chairs so very easy to organise your own breakfast. Blackout curtains were excellent but a Venetian on the car parks ideal let in a lit of light from the very well lit carpark. Overall comfort was slightly diminished for a light sensitive sleeper."

"Excellent location, staff are mostly friendly especially the room cleaning staff. We had a room on the 1st floor with partial sea view. It was roomy with a nice balcony in a very quiet location. love it! The breakfast and dinner were very nice too. The only downside was the mattress was a bit too soft but once we told the hotel, they offered to turn the mattress or change to another room. We'd definitely stay there again :-)"
