"After not being contacted and being put in a terrible situation by the property I had booked since May 2025 Hotels.com came through but the extra money for parking and a much higher deposit just put a damper on my weekend which was really disappointing. The hotel was nice and clean but I had theft of property which again is very disappointing after I asked that the room be not be disturbed. I’m considering moving on from Hotels.com this was such an inconvenience "
