"The food and the service in the restaurant was really good.
The room was showing signs of incomplete maintenance.
The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant.
We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies."
"We wanted somewhere that felt local and authentic, away from all the tourists, for a few nights. We had a family of four in a single spacious room and spent a lot of time by the pool, walking around in the parks, and exploring downtown. "
