Muito boa localização para quem vai fazer compras. Cama confortável, café da manhã bom, chuveiro bom, Wi-Fi rápido e atendimento excelente. Só achei os preços do restaurante um pouco caros. Para os brasileiros que estão indo, não há IFood, então baixem o aplicativo PedidosYa e pague no cartão de crédito em Guarani. Tem uma conveniência quase em frente que funciona até tarde e ajuda muito.

The room was dated but clean. There was an odd smell in the room that never left. Early evening in the roof top restaurant could not get chocolate milk, coffee,cappuccino or tea. The brownie was stale and the ice cream awful. Pool is lovely but uncomfortable with the restaurant and bar people all watching you. Staff 10 out of 10. Elevators small and slow. Close to shopping. Negative ... 2 blocks downhill street lined with shacks, vendors, beggers, homeless eating out of garbage can. Walked the 1 km to the mall in daylight and was safe. We walked 3 blocks to go for dinner after dark with no prob. Parking is below ground. Not a sure thing the but the fellow always managed to find us something. Watch your phone. The waitress had her phone stolen from behind the counter while I was there by a person who walked in from the street. Luckily he was spotted later and the phone returned. Again the people working there were amazing.

Passando por reformas para melhorar

Reservamos este hotel para passarmos o final de semana em família, com 4 crianças. A localização é boa para quem vai fazer compras, com estacionamento incluso, ainda que um pouco apertado. As opções para refeição no hotel são maravilhosas, tudo que pedimos no jantar estava muito bom. Café da manhã normal. Funcionários muito cordiais e atenciosos. É um hotel um pouco velho, que está passando por uma reforma, o que acabou estragando nossos planos de usar a piscina com as crianças - dessa forma, acabamos fazendo checkout antecipado, em acordo com o hotel, que pediu desculpas e reembolsou parte do valor restante. Com certeza voltaremos quando a reforma da piscina estiver concluída, e recomendamos para quem quer passar a noite em ciudad del este para fazer compras.

Próximo à região de compras

É um hotel padrão executivo americano com um quarto e um banheiro relativamente amplos, embora em condições antigas, estava em reforma. Tem um ótimo café da manhã e um restaurante chamado Carmel Resto que é bom e muito frequentado à noite. Também está na rua principal há poucos metros da regiao de compras de Ciudad del Este e, portanto, bom para quem vai para lá com essa finalidade. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e prestativa. Tivemos um período tranquilo e agradável por lá, embora estivesse em obras e com limitações de acesso a algumas áreas.

This property served it’s purpose, but it is in serious need of upkeep. The walls in our room were scraped and torn, the curtains were broken, and the ceiling was covered in mildew. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and unraveling. The staff was friendly and the common areas were clean. The location is the best thing about this hotel as it is within walking distance to all the major shopping centers.

El hotel más ruidoso que he estado en mi vida . Motores de aire acondicionado haciendo ruidos terroríficos . Ruidos de tuberías …. Y ruidos que no sabría catalogar . Jamás me quejo de nada pero esto era tremendo . Habitación 108 evitarla al máximo . Imposible dormir
