"An excellent hotel, with many facilities. Extremely clean and pleasant appearance, and excellent, welcoming staff. Reception very welcoming and efficient on arrival, and checkin very quick.We were given a room change at our request, and with availability of rooms with our preferred view, we were very quickly accommodated and assisted to move rooms to our preferred side of the hotel, giving ourselves and son rooms on the same floor and vicinity. Nothing otherwise wrong with the room. Buffet breakfast had plentiful choice, food was fresh and well presented. Sports bar good but air conditioning too harsh for us and others. Staff pleasant and helpful, and thank you to Asmaa our room attendant who kept our room immaculately clean and tidy throughout our stay. Always pleasant smiling and welcoming. Also a big thank you to Gloria, Guest Relations Manager who helped to make our stay such a good experience, and ensured that our stay was as good as it possibly could be, ensuring that any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. This was our second stay at this hotel snd I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those like ourselves who were only staying for a short visit. It was a haven for relief from the noise, hustle and bustle of the busy city, and it is very easy and inexpensive to take taxis to anywhere within the city. We stayed on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, and couldn’t hear the planes at all, and would definitely stay there again."

"I stayed at the Sonesta for almost a week while in Cairo. The room was spacious and comfortable, my bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel is well maintained and up-to-date. The staff were attentive and polite, though as a hotel that hosts numerous travel groups it can be very busy. The location is well situated close to the airport, but it is probably half an hour by car from major attractions. One plus is that it is just 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Stadium metro station should you wish to see Cairo that way."

"This apartment type hotel is excellent but I gave it 4 star instead of 5 because of two reasons: 1. Outside traffic noise at our third floor room was quite disturbing throughout the night. 2. Wi-fi was in and out and difficult to continue any work depending on wi-fi. Not sure if it was an isolated situation. Other than these two complaints this studio type room was excellent in my opinion."

"Breakfast was great and always fresh. The AC worked very well, the room was clean, and the housekeeping team was very polite and professional. The only issue I faced during this stay was with one of the reception staff members, who was uncooperative and did not follow the reservation details correctly. The situation became frustrating to the point that I was considering cancelling my stay. However, the Duty Manager, Mr. Ahmed Said, handled the situation professionally and resolved everything in the right way. Also, during check-out, Mr. Yousof Motaz was very cooperative, efficient, and helpful. Overall, thanks to the support and professionalism of the management team, my experience ended positively."

"Dirty hotel, staff are not friendly and service levels are very poor. Example: it took a bell man 30 minutes to bring my luggage down to the lobby while the taxi to the airport waited in Panik to bring us to the airport in a rush. "
