"It took like ten minutes to get checked in and get a key. No idea why so long. Then I went To the room and it was feeezing cold and the heat would not turn on AND it was at the end of a long hallway on the second floor. I had requested a low floor. When I stayed here a couple years ago I remember the hotel being cleaner and not so run down. The shower curtain is disgusting. "

"We had a brief but great stay! The staff was very friendly, helpful and clearly customer service oriented. The fitness center offered new equipment for both cardio and resistance training and the hotel was pet friendly which our golden retriever appreciated as did we!
