"Very poor experience – worst stay of my trip The air conditioning in my room did not work on my second and last night. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told it had been fixed, but the room remained at 27–28°C for hours. After midnight, they finally admitted it was not working and asked me to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was completely unacceptable. The next morning, instead of handling the situation professionally, they questioned my version of events and made me repeat everything again. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel."

"Great location. 15 min walk from city centre. Near huge outdoor market that opens everyday to 1p. Breakfast was plentiful but everyday is same. Bathroom clean but Lighting is dim. Housekeeper keeps opening windows and mosquitoes came in"

"Good and peaceful base for exploring central Catania. No traffic noise as hotel is on a small cul-de-sac. Rooms are large and bathroom in 321 had a full bath. Staff were helpful and friendly. Aircon in our room was not working . Toilet seat had come loose . Bed was large and firm. Overall a decent space . TV was LG and fairly modern. Only had Italian channels."

"Had a great stay of 5 nights, really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff here is wonderful, very helpful. The location is perfect very close to city center and easy access to all major attractions and transit. The hotel itself is very beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast, drinks and time here at hotel and catania. "

"Davide was very welcoming, wxplained everything and checked in with us to see if we need anything, gave some recomendations where to eat as well.Room and bathroom great and clean, there is a kitchen where you can make your own food and drinks. About 20min walk from city centre, but can take a bus or metro which is nearby as well. "

"Me and my husband stayed in the romantic room and it was very nice. They put heart shaped ballons, fake flower petals and little love decorations around the room, it was a nice touch. Sheets and towels were clean, the hot tub has Bluetooth capability which was very nice. The only thing I think would be better is if they get a firmer mattress, it's too soft, you sink right in it. There are no employees that stay on premises but they are very responsive through text/WhatsApp. All in all it was a good stay :)"
