"The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room. "

Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "This was the perfect hotel for exploring Milan with our kids. Immediately opposite a Metro station, it is incredibly quick to get into the centre of Milan - c. 25 minutes and it’s the end of the line, so a seat is guaranteed. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Interconnecting rooms are available for those travelling with children. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and the best of our stay. Breakfast was good. Parking is available for a nightly charge. "

"We had a great stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Milano. The apartments are impressively large, offering plenty of space and comfort, perfect for longer stays or families. Parking was easy and plentiful, which made arriving and coming and going from the hotel stress-free. The location is very convenient, with Turro metro station just a 5-minute walk away, making it simple to explore Milan. "

"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot. I wish all of the staff at this wonderful place all the very best. Much love, arrivederci Summer and Venus xxx"
