"The place itself is very spacious, with lots of old-world charm. We enjoyed the flat itself. The location is great as well, with some good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Our train was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 PM, and I had notified the property of our ETA. But we had to race from the train station under threat of an extra fee if we checked in after 8 PM. "AVOID THIS RENTAL AT ALL COST. Nicely furnished, and in a convenient location…. But an absolutely horrific smell emanates from plumbing system in bathroom. Pure sewage. It is beyond disgusting. I wouldn’t bring my family here again if we were paid to do so."

"Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"

"The apartment was not clean; there were only 2 full bathrooms with barely enough water on the shower and after 5 minutes water would get cold. There is no elevators ; you have to carry your luggage at least 5 flight of stairs. The apartment also smelled like cigarettes. It was very noisy at night. I would not recommend. Great location but not a pleasant experience. "
