"The breakfast was among the most excellent on the whole of our trip to Italy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Disappointed that we booked a superior double room and were advised that we were โ€œupgradedโ€ upon check in to a family room which was in the basement! No option given. It was quiet and dark but not what we booked. Hotel is NOT near the beach so donโ€™t be fooled by the pics. Property was lovely but very dated and in need of update."

"Great location to explore Gaeta and Sperlonga! The beach and water was amazing and so relaxful. JThe renovated rooms were nice and very comfortable. Only one option for dinner if you want to stay at the resort was the only drawback."
