"If you plan on staying at the hotel, this is perfection. Beautiful views, helpful staff, convenient bar, food and drinks available anytime, breakfast wonderful. However the shuttle only comes once an hour to get into town, and it is snall, so it is often full. No line or organization for waiting for shuttle, and even if twaiting first, people will jump the line and shove into the shuttle. Shuttle needs to be more frequent, bigger, or additional options to get up to the hilltop hotel. Walking down is an option, but up in the heat can be grueling, and with luggage is impossible."

"A solid 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful. They did 2 loads of laundry. One in the morning. The other in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable ($15). The breakfast buffet was good. It's hard to find a breakfast of more than pastries in Monterosso. The staff was friendly and helpful for anything. This hotel being very close to the beach was something I was looking for. They even have beach towels you can use. I'll be staying there again."

"Paolo and Michele were available and accommodating. Met us at the train which is very short walk to the property. Can’t say enough about our room! The view from our terrace was postcard worthy. We would absolutely choose this property again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Riomaggiore."
