A little confusion over room type (twin beds booked - but it was quickly resolved) and dinner (you have to give notice that you want to eat there - but again, this was resolved and we were able to get an evening meal) The pool was available and as described which was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. "

"Absolutely amazing. Even the morning was cloudy and overwhelmed with fogs, the view was spectacular with view of 'Abbaye de San Galgano'. The breakfast buffet was also more than delicious. Specifically, the salamis were cut from the staffs, not those bought from manufactured products, which also tasted great. The person who helped our check-in and -out was the only person fluent in English, but you can conversate with other staffs with no problem using your body language, don't worry about this....

The room was very clean, comfortable, and elegant, offering a peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh and high-quality options, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt both classic and warm. This hotel truly enhanced our experience in Grosseto.
