"This property is showing it's age. I paid a decent amount of money for a jacuzzi suite and the conditions of the suite were below expected standards. heavy dust on the curtain valences, broken and mildewy tiles in the bathroom and around tub. kitchen counter is stained and chipped. Staff were exceptional and kind. just needs a face lift."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities. The hallways were very dusty, the doors had visible layers of dirt and dust, and the balconies were filthy. It was obvious that proper cleaning is not being done. We even found someone else’s hairbrush under the table in our room, which clearly shows that furniture is not being moved or cleaned underneath. On top of that, the hotel charges extra for water, which is unreasonable considering the price per night. There was also no continental breakfast included, which was surprising and disappointing for what they charge. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations at all, and I would not stay here again."
