"My stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conway from March 22 to March 23 was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location in Conway is also very convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Moldy bathroom and no hot water refused to refund one of our 3 days and told us it would take a week for funds to be returned so we toughed it out do not stay here drug deals going on and strong odor of marijuana throughout the property. We always stay motel 6 but this was by far the worst in the country for me so far "

After my shower I am in the room and hear a knock - I head towards the door and staff had already opened our door and I was in my pajamas. I told them about the water temp - didn't help. "
