"Not the experience I am used to from Holiday Inn! The room had a window blocked totally by the entrance as if room has no window. Tried to change and couldn’t knowing I had the booking a week ago The pancake machine was broken for breakfast The carpet was not very clean and you can see some small pieces of trashed around the edges and corners"

"First i stayed here for 5 weeks everything was good so i com back last week and stayed one more week and that's what happened to me i check out this morning to go to the airport and when i get there i couldn't find my driver license so i checked everywhere couldn't find it .and i remember that the last time i used it was last week when i checked in at the hotel so called the front desk and they told me its here .i had to get a taxi to go get it for 160 $ and back to the airport but was to late so i missed my flight back home .my question is why no buddy called me when i was there to let me know that my driver license was just sitting on the desk for the entire week just a phone call will saved me a hundreds of dollars "

"Food was great large spacious, comfortable rooms. Staff was courteous and exceptional."

"Our room that we got was clean and okay shape. The only problem is that the whole room smelled bad ( musky / fishy ). This ruined us from staying there again. Had to go to Walmart to buy Lysol air disinfectant to make the stay tolerable. Initially called front desk for a spray and they brought us two small men’s spray on deodorant that had a cheap perfume smell to it… cheap deodorant and stink do not mix well. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry to the staff that is very kind…"
