"Hot tub was covered, unusable. TV in our room didn’t work. We were switched to different rooms 3 times for various reasons. Breakfast was the cheapest options available. Won’t be back. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were so overwhelmed with the situation they had to deal with. There was no water two distant times. Plus the 1st room i had was terrible. Bad in the aspect that every single noise could be heard and was like an echo! I had absolutely no sleep the 1st night. So the girl was very nice and moved me to the 4th floor and it was much nicer. With the exception of not having water now that was a problem. But they did eventually get it fixed. "

"THE BATHROOM DIDNT FLUSH. THE INSIDE OF TOILET NEED REPAIR IN ROOM 220. THEY NEVER REPAIRED IT. WE WERE TOLD TO PICK UP TOP BACK OF TOILET PRESS DOWN AND IT WOULD FLUSH. SHAME ON THEM. OTHER THAN THAT PROBLEM. AREA WWAS GOOD"
