Hotels near Cinemark City Center

"Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. Beyond that staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"There was no breakfast, it reeked of animal urine and cigarette smoke I had to switch rooms because the first one was dirty it was not clean the floor was sticky, and the second room there was still stains on the walls everywhere that could have been cleaned up mold all around the mirror mold in the bathroom sink questionable white powder remarks on the mirror. Would not recommend!! there was no breakfast either day I was there!"

"The clerk who checked me in was not pleasant and disrespected me when i had questions for her. People like her gives Marriott a bad name. She needs to be trained in diverse customer service. The other issue was the low water pressure in the shower with no markings for hot/cold on the shower faucet. The hot water was scalding hot! If those issues are addressed, I may consider booking another stay."

"The from desk had a line out the door and people yell for someone to come help with no staff to be seen. The reservation info did not match my receipt that the hotel had. The place smelled like smoke. Every floor. And they tried to charge additions fees and deposits not stated and in large amounts that the $6 on my receipt. Guy at counter was rude. They tried to charge over $60 in fees. The room was like they pulled the sheets up and called it clean. Toilet stuff floating that looked like poop. There was what appeared to be vomit on the walls in the bathroom. Food chunks on the pull out bed and several spots on the floor. Something sticky all over floor next to bed. No sheets on pull out bed or anywhere in room. 4 of six pillows looked used with food stains and makeup rubbed on them. King bed had stuff all over comforter. Overall cleanliness of faculty like halls and elevator was gross. We had to wash our hands as soon as we got to the room every time. The bed had a metal base and was broken any movement even adjusting the pillows before getting on the bed created a metal on metal noise. Once on the bed even rolling over became a noisy experience. Multiple people in the lobby the4 times I went to the front desk were complaining about the same problems. Extra fees. Changing reservation information. Dirty rooms. Missing basic items like sheets and towels. How rude the staff was. "

"First room the bedspread was stained and had red streaks on them and the carpet was disgusting. Requested and was moved to a different room that had no safety latch on inside of room. and which also had stains on bedspread , towels were dingy,stained and looked used. Will not be going back and would never reccomend this hotel."
