"There were people hanging out in the parking lot. The next door neighbor were having a party until 5 am. There were roaches. It sounded like there was a couple of guys arguing in the parking lot. A guy that knocked on the door at 3 am "

"The Uber driver and I couldn't even find this hotel. There is no outside sign to see! There is no outside building address number to see! It took an unusually long time for the front desk to check me in. My room had a strong chemical smell long. There was no breakfast available for guests."

"All the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I’d like to give a shout out to the woman who checked us in she was phenomenal. When we checked in she graciously accommodated a room move for us when our first room smelled like smoke, it was a minor issue that she quickly resolved and was extremely professional and kind. Once we got our new room we loved it, this is my second time staying here with my partner and we love everything about the room, it’s spacious and comfortable. All the other staff members we encountered (Agent at check out, breakfast area staff and housekeepers) also provided excellent customer service as well. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and we appreciate that the parking is included with the stay and we will definitely be staying here again."

"The outside of the property looks beautiful...then you get inside your room and it is a dump. My first room faced the freeway. The room stunk and was very dirty. It seemed like the people in the rooms next to me lived there and it sounded like the people on the 2nd floor were going to crash through the ceiling because the floor was so thin and creaked. The beds were hard as a rock. They moved me to the 2nd floor facing the pool. The room was slightly dirty. The walls need to be washed and repainted. Grout in the bathroom needs to be professionally cleaned. A couple of the towels had hair stuck on them. 1 bed was comfortable and the other was not. The pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable. No toiletries other than a bar of hand soap. The walls are paper thin so we heard the phone conversations of the room to our right and we could hear what the neighbor to our left was watching at night plus we could hear the conversations he was having with his chaperone group when they would come to his room at night and in the morning. I had interactions with 4 different people working the front desk. 2 were polite and 2 seemed like they hated their jobs. 1 of the men who seemed to hate his job was laying on the lobby couch playing on his phone; very unprofessional, and when I walked outside, his coworker was sweeping up the parking lot and working very hard. I never felt unsafe, but I don't think I'll stay here again unless it's my last option "
