"Broken items in room. Paid for pool view, more like a wall view."

"These rooms are obviously usually rent by the hour. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed, JUST a sheet! Yes it was clean but very wrinkly. No chair, no trash can, one of the fire alarms was hanging off the wall and duct taped all around it, there were no wash clothes or hand towels and NO toilet paper. I had to go back to the front desk to get toilet paper. There’s a small microwave for everybody to use in the outside part of where you check in. The office has very thick bulletproof glass all around the window and the lobby is closed off. The people hanging around outside were very questionable. They have a gate that you enter a code to enter however everyone just goes in and out as it doesn’t work or the ‘guard’ isn’t around. I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in the bed with nothing better sheet that I left by 10 PM and found another hotel! I do not recommend this Hotel and I reported it to Hotels.com that they shouldn’t even have it on their site."

"Room was so cute, remodeled hotel has a darling 70’s retro vibe.staff was exceptional and the area for dogs was well maintained. Staying again on my return trip!"

"Great breakfast, comfy bed, beautiful view from pool area, fun location. This wasn’t a problem just a surprise our fourth floor room faced the brick wall of nearby building about 5 feet away through the window!"

"The hotel is very nice. Pool was wonderful. Entrance and Paul and "C" were wonderful. They made us feel very welcome. I was surprised that there wasn't a place to put my luggage. Had to put everything on the floor. The A/C unit was not great. Most places you can turn on the unit and have the fan on and set the a/c temp for something reasonable. But, the thing turned off completely. very quite then it would come on very loudly and get very cold. Didn't sleep well at all.. "

"Room was clean but super tiny. Area is sketchy, Pool Under construction, be honest it’s still dirt. I’ll do better research next time. "
