"Arrived in the evening after a long drive to find just one staff member handling the whole property. Waited a long time to check in. Room was an "upgrade" in the sense that the two-queen suite I booked also came with a dishwasher besides a refrigerator and a microwave. The problem was the room, especially the bathroom, was designed for physically disabled persons. The shower was just a stall, no tub, and was awkward to use, and the door to the bathroom was a sliding door that was neither properly aligned nor had a lock. As for the environment, our floor was supposed to be smoke-free, but the smell of marijuana was present in the hall and in the elevator every day. Many staff members also smelled of marijuana. A neighboring guest was carousing with friends in his room at 2:30am on one night, and in the morning suffered the aftereffects very loudly. I could have alerted the front desk but had no confidence that one lone employee would take control of proceedings. The indoor pool was small and its water a little too cold to be relaxing. The breakfast featured a good variety of items. Vacationers with young children might struggle to take advantage of it, though, since it closes at 9:00am. In sum, the facility is fresh and new, the room was comfortable, the location is ideal, but it needs to enforce its policies."

"It is in a less than desirable neighborhood. Random people walking through the parking lot and working on their vehicles changing break pads and rotors. Bullet proof glass in the vestibule to check in. Vending machines and ice machine were out of service. Short & curly hairs on the “clean” sheets. Back of toilet seat lid had fecal matter stuck on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"We enjoyed our stay. Some positives were the spacious junior suite and the comfortable bed. The young valet worker in the mornings was very kind and prompt. Some negatives were the bathroom needed a good deep cleaning, it was just surface cleaned. Also front desk couldn’t tell us a time for hotel offered yoga classes. Staff was kind but we had to ask about our credit we were given and had to ask about extra charges that we were told “happens sometimes we don’t know why.” Overall a good stay but for over $300 a night not in the best location i would expect a bit more."
