Cincinnati hotel rooms a the Independent

"Beds could have less sheets on them. "

"We were in town for a concert. Was a nice stay within walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast was really good and hot options not the typical cold cereal and bagels. Room was clean loved how spacious the bathroom was so the two of us could navigate around to get ready without being in each other’s way. No microwave etc in room but plenty of places to walk to for great food and nightlife. "

"We were told are upgrades were not available after they were confirmed. We had 2 inch cockroaches in our room. The hotel did comp the champagne for having bugs in our room."

"I would definitely book with them again. Only thing is our shower water didn’t go down like it was supposed to and stayed in the shower. "

"Clean bed, no bugs. Very dusty room. Some of the toiletries were already opened and used (lotion). We requested a couple extra pillows during the night and it took 7 hours to get them. Breakfast was good but expensive."
