"My wife and I were looking for a hotel within walking distance from Great American Ballpark and chose 21c. The check-in process was easy and the room was easy to find. The room wasn't bad, just had a lot of features/amenities that were missing or not too pleasing. The bed was as hard as a rock compared to any hotel I've ever stayed at, as were the pillows (this is something I've never had an issue with, and we travel a lot). The room didn't have a mini-fridge for the price, which was disappointing, but ok for one night. A good deal of the tv channels on the guide either didn't work (any of the movie channels) or just stuck on a random screen (Fox Sports Ohio). A couple of the video based art installations on the 2nd floor also weren't on or working (in particular the one that made a reference to Psycho, which I would have really wanted to see). I also wasn't a big fan of a $5 "sustainability fee" that was tacked on at the end. I'd stay here again in a pinch, but would probably look elsewhere."
