"Hotel overbooked and could not fulfill our reserved rooms. Checkin was over an hour late due to rooms not being ready. Valet parking was a disaster, overpriced and full early. Staff not helpful at desk. Will never stay there again."

"Room was great had everything we need, heads up you have to ask the front desk to bring up ice but it was fast! No fridge or microwave in rooms. Needed room key to go up and down elevators. Hotel was great and one of a kind! Museum in the hotel was a plus!"
