"The room was clean but no daily maid service. There was supposed to be free coffee and water in the room, but there was no bottled water (105° temperature) and coffee wasnt replaced. The in house restaurants were of good variety and prices but the lineups were very long, (breakfast 45 minutes) and sermed to be understaffed."

"We only had to stay 1 night and for the 1 night it wasn't bad. The lady check in was very nice, it wasn't busy. The room was dusty and we found an empty condom wrapper which was gross but at least it was just the wrapper. Overall it was fine and it worked it out good. "

"I can’t tell you the last time I slept on a mattress so incredibly uncomfortable like this one was. The springs in the mattress were all you felt throughout the night and this mattress reminded me of the mattresses. I grew up, going to the camping cabin and sleeping on in Michigan in the early 80s. I highly recommend purchasing new mattresses."

"Wonderful. Loved this place, the lady on the desk was absolutely brilliant. We had a really long chat, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was wonderful also. I really wished I could remember the ladies name, so sorry. This place is an absolute gem, made even better by the friendly staff. Clean room, a little dated, but who cares, I’d rather have a clean, comfortable and warm welcoming place, than a cold reception. Thanks again x"
