"The person at check-in was too busy looking at their phone to acknowledge us. We finally had to ask if we needed to call the number listed on the back of the computer for help. Then gave us a hard time about checking in early when it was already 3:00, not crowded, and rooms available. Also asked if there were places to sit outside and he said no when both floors have chairs outside to look at the sights. Also outside needs some attention with dead plants or overgrown plants. He was not professional and did not dress like he was part of the hotel staff. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections."
