"Als wir angekommen sind, sind wir herzlich empfangen wurden. Haben unsere Buchungsbestätigung vorgezeigt, ein Zimmer bekommen und Tipps für Ausflüge und ob und wann wir frühstücken möchten. Den angepriessenen Willkommensdrink gab es leider nicht. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist der Hammer und das Frühstück war auch lecker und ausrreichend. Leider musste man, wenn man zurück in die Unterkunft wollte, immer klingeln, da es keinen extra Schlüssel für die Haustür gab. Etwas nervig, weil,...

"We had a great time in Cienfuegos at Casa Las Palmeras. Since the town is quite small, the location was perfect to reach everything in less than 5 min. The hosts are very kind and they offer a nice breakfast and cocktails that you can enjoy on the rooftop terasse. We highly recommend this place!"

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The bedrooms are gorgeous with nice comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The bathrooms are all newly done and have walk in rain showers. The owners are resourceful and tell you about great restaurants near by. It is the suburb of "Playa" in Havana and isn't the place to go if you wanted to be in Old Havana, which is about a $10-20 cab ride away. Very nice rooftop bar and deck with a jacuzzi and lounge chairs. Top end!"

"Parfaite localisation... seul problème... des punaises de lit infestaient la literie. Quel dommage car l'hôte est super sympathique. J'ai dû partir en pleine nuit. Très peu dormi .. cela m'a gâché une journée de mon séjour à Cuba et le prix de la casa par rapport à d'autre casa est excessif pour un service de ce genre. Inacceptable !"
