The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "The Sisters were very welcoming and kind. My room was larger than expected and had a lovely view of the rooftops. Light and airy. Spotlessly clean. No complaints. Quiet, which I appreciate. Very well situated so that walking in the historic city is very easy. Lovely terrace overlooking the garden . Someone has a knack for tending plants . For those of you who are Catholic , or not, there is a small chapel available next to front door with the tabernacle there . I would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and lovely place to rest. "
